Aldo has made our centre a culinary destination 'par excellence' with his wonderful dishes for every taste bud and dietary speciality.
The complicated 'Platinum Jubilee Trifle' is no challenge for Aldo.
His cooking is so good even Her Majesty gets ignored when dinner is served.
