Peaceful Place is a members-led charity. We are people of
working age diagnosed with dementia and older people in the early stages of dementia. Our aim is to develop new friendships through shared experiences, and support each other to continue using the skills and talents from our many and varied lives.

What to expect when you get here.
Music therapy, Yoga, Art, dance, strollercise, sing in our choir, play walking football, swim in our local sports centre, gym classes, bake, knit, sew, make jewellery, play chess, draughts, pool, play music, gardening in our greenhouse and our nearby allotment, go for walks in the beautiful Essex countryside and much more but also...
