Description:     

Previous experience is preferred, and a NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided. Your duties will include supporting individuals with young onset dementia in a day care setting and on community activities. This could involve supporting staff providing activities in a safe. environment, supporting users at meal times, and providing personal care. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employee.
