The Moonlight Colourthon is a 13.1 mile charity fun walk that will take place in and around Southend on the evening of Saturday 5 July 2008. Last years inaugural event saw 1100 walkers collectively raise in excess of £150K (before Gift Aid!) with over 200 registered charities benefiting from their efforts. Peaceful Place had twenty-six participants walking on their behalf and raised £803.10. This year we would like to raise £1500.00 so please get your walking shoes on join in the fun so that we can raise this amount for our Building Campaign.

The Moonlight Colourthon takes place at night time, with walkers encouraged to wear bright and colourful clothes to illuminate Southend and draw attention to the whole spectacle.
